Lake Kivu lies on the border between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. It is part of Africa’s famous Great Rift Valley, known for its amazing landscapes and volcanic history. •September to November– Best for both: This season gives a perfect balance of good weather and beautiful skies ideal for outdoor fun and photography together.
