Lake Kivu lies on the border between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. It is part of Africa’s famous Great Rift Valley, known for its amazing landscapes and volcanic history. •May to August – Best for activities: The weather is warm, dry, and great for swimming, kayaking, and hiking. However, the sunlight can be strong for photos.

•September to November– Best for both: This season gives a perfect balance of good weather and beautiful skies ideal for outdoor fun and photography together.

While December to April is rainy but Still can be visit because in Rwanda the weather is always mixed with Rain and sun.
